1. Program Description

Brewz Hot Chicken ("we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that may include SMS and MMS messages. By enrolling in, or otherwise agreeing to receive messages from us, you consent to receive recurring text messages related to our food truck operations, including but not limited to truck location announcements, pre-order or pick-up notifications, limited-time offers, loyalty rewards, event announcements, surveys, and service-related alerts.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in to receive text messages from Brewz Hot Chicken, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years of age or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Opt-in methods may include (but are not limited to):

After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, unless you opt in again at a later time.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the SMS service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewz Hot Chicken will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, or failure to receive messages.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice, as permitted by applicable law. No. Your consent to receive SMS messages from Brewz Hot Chicken is not a condition of purchasing any food, drinks, or other services from us. You can enjoy the truck without ever subscribing to our SMS Program.

How do I opt out of messages?
